Lieutenant General Human Resources		Human Resources Leader Administration Rank only - not an In Game Combat Rank Head of Morale Responsible for running, tracking, and maintaining Roll Call and Roll Call reports Responsible for tracking, updating, and reporting member awards and appointed ranks Responsible for maintaining member records Responsible for monitoring forums for posts that could be in violation of clan rules Responsible for tracking and reporting violations of rules and policies to appropriate clan leadership Responsible for acting as a moderator when problems arise between clan members Assists with forum moderation

Colonel Regiment Commander		Administration Rank only - not a In Game Combat Rank Regiment representative to the Clan Leader Board Can promote up to the rank of Game Commander Responsible for hiring and firing Lieutenant Colonel Game Commanders (GC) Responsible for approving in game rules and policies proposed by the Lieutenant Colonel Game Commanders (GC) Responsible for ensuring Lieutenant Colonel Game Commanders (GC) follow the clan structure within in their games Responsible for ensuring that the Lieutenant Colonel Game Commanders (GC) enforce the rules and policies of the Clan Charter Responsible for ensuring Lieutenant Colonel Game Commanders (GC) are meeting the required activity goals Responsible for collecting and reporting Roll Call promotions, demotions, and awards Responsible for issuing warnings to Lieutenant Colonel Game Commanders (GC) who fail to submit their Roll Call report on time, and forward all issued warnings to the Lieutenant General Human Resources Responsible for working with Game Commanders to help solve problems within their ranks Responsible for encouraging Game Commanders to have their assigned game actively participate in competition leagues or ladders Responsible for ensuring Game Commanders are promoting growth for their respective games Responsible for the productivity of current and future games Responsible for identifying new games to expand into Responsible for reporting any changes that need to be made to the web site to the Lieutenant General Assist with forum moderation
Lieutenant Colonel Game Commander		Administration Rank only - not an In Game Combat Rank Game representative to the Clan Leader Board Can promote up to the rank of Major Combat Company Commander (CGC) Responsible for enforcing the Clan Charter as well as in game rules and policies Responsible for reporting all violations of Clan Charter to Colonel Regiment Commander (RC) Responsible for issuing warnings and documenting them using the Officers forum, Roll Call reports, and PMs to RC Responsible for sending any in game rule or policy changes to the Colonel Regiment Commander (RC) for approval. Must also be a sticky within game forum Responsible for the productivity of assigned game and it's members Responsible for ensuring all game duties are being performed effectively and on schedule Responsible for promoting growth of assigned game Responsible for approving new members who apply for assigned game Responsible for organizing game units (groups, squads, etc.) Responsible for keeping related forum user groups up to date through Roll Call and game groups Responsible for granting access to game Tips and Strats and Officers forums Responsible for submitting Roll call reports each month by the 10th Responsible for handing in promotions, demotions, and awards with Roll Call to the Colonel Regiment Commander (RC) Responsible for maintaining website and forum content by submitting changes through Roll Call reports May find and promote members to help with in game administration tasks May assign special jobs based on the needs of the game Assists with forum moderation
Major Combat Company Commander (aka CGC)		In Game Combat Rank only - not an Administration Rank Is the acting Game Commander when the Lieutenant Colonel Game Commander (GC) is not present Can promote members within his/her game, but must have approval from the Lieutenant Colonel Game Commander (GC) Responsible for enforcing the Clan Charter as well as in game rules and policies Responsible for issuing warnings to members as necessary and forward all issued warnings to the Lieutenant Colonel Game Commander (GC) Responsible for reporting any issues or problems that can not be resolved to the Lieutenant Colonel Game Commander (GC) Responsible for in game organization May employ volunteers to help with in game administration tasks May apply for appointed rank of Lieutenant Colonel Game Commander (GC), Colonel Regiment Commander (RC), or any General position Additional duties as required by the Lieutenant Colonel Game Commander (GC)
Captain		Appointed position by Lieutenant Colonel Game Commander (GC) In Game Combat Rank only - not an Administration Rank Responsible for specific assigned duties and roles as defined by the Lieutenant Colonel Game Commander (GC) and listed within game forum Responsible for the productivity of the members in their unit Responsible for assisting with ensuring the Clan Charter, forum, voice, and game specific rules are enforced Must be active in the forums Encourage members to post in monthly roll call

Private		Probation Recruit 0-5 Weeks Honorable Service - Recruit in Probation Responsible for following in game rules, policies, and Clan Charter Must have filled out an application to join, be accepted by Game Commander, and start using the forum, Teamspeak, etc.
