As I'm not as knowledgeable of computers (and grammar :P ) as you all....I hqve a question.... would I need a better computer to run 2 monitors? Or would it affect performance in anyway?

If you're running integrated graphics I'd probably advise against it, but it wouldn't be awful, depending on your integrated chipset, and if you're using a discrete card, it depends on a card but it would most likely be fine, just having a second screen uses very little resources.

Laptop docks are awesome, if I had the money I'd make one for my laptop. I just want a bigger desk and a triple monitor stand, with 3 monitors. But alas, my money tree isn't growing this year.
