New TS Rank Icons?

So randomly i thought of a simple and cool idea that most of you might like or not like! so you know in TeamSpeak where normal members have the core member insignia to the right of their name? well maybe we can change that into something else. it just seems..i dont know..a little bland i guess you can say. instead of that regular core member insignia, we can have our forum rank to replace that. And it will up date when ever anyone gets promoted via forums. This to me seems like it would be a cool feature to introduce to TS. I mean..why not right? :)

We can at least try this idea and if it doesn't work out, well then we revert back to the original concept.
I just feel TS needs to be a little updated with new ideas. :) it will look nice to new recruits and members.

Just browsing the forums. To add on to what you said, yes its a great idea, and I'm sure they thought of that too, but every time you ranked up on the forums, a member with the privileges to promote you would have to do it manually, since there is a system to do it automatically on the website. Then when people ranked up on the forums and didn't get their ts rank, they would whine and complain. Good concept, but I don't think it would work, just my opinion.

True, too much updating to keep up with everyone, maybe a more simplified version of teamspeak icons, instead of every single rank.

This has been brought up/mentioned before and as detro said all if the time based tanks are done automatically, the same with most demotions.

To be able to have TS update with the forums we would need some type of program that would work between TS and the forums and sadly their isn't such a thing.

I think it would be cool as well so the idea isn't bad but getting to the nitty gritty would be a pain in the arse.

This job is easy more then anyone would wag by to handle alone. I know I cannot and would not want to hear people complain when their ranks dint match their forum rank.

Heh w have people that complain they get demoted on the forums after not posting for the months
