Itchy is not insulting your character he is just making a point. I am sorry about your childhood but we do not indorse kill anyone here but I see your point.

Now see Itchy's he is just saying that most people here would not talk to their moms like that so less not do it to our member either. We will treat everyone with respect.

yer and all i was merely trying to give was an alternative to outright banning swearing, providing examples of what i would classify excessive swearing and what i would consider acceptable under such a system, no need to get personal by throwing how i would speak to my mother into the equation

Ok Folks, great feedback, and after 6 pages of reading I think we can safely assume that most have stated their opinions on the subject.

Let's lock this thread and put it to rest.

Swearing is against the rules of BBF, and if you swear you risk the chance of being asked to stop. Continue and you risk the chance of being kicked from TS and possibly the clan. Just like society works, and how harrassment is defined, all it takes is one person to complain about the language and it needs to stop. If noone complains, fine.Carry on and play your game.

We all need to remember that teamspeak is a place where everyone needs to feel comfortable and is a place to relax with friends and have some fun, but never at the expense of another member's feelings. I think if everyone keeps that in mind while playing your respective games BBF (and Teamspeak) will be a better place for all.
