Yeah I followed Longshots lead on the case. He has several points and one of the coolest things about the Coolermaster case is the built in sound deadening. To me that is worth the money as much as the fans. I looked at water cooling as well. But here is the rub on that. Water cooling depends on the ambient temperature so it will not get any cooler than the air outside the case... Also most parts are being designed to run cooler or dissipate more heat, it just needs the venting. The cost of water cooling when measured against its performance in my research has not added that much benefit if any.

Also look at the case and how it runs the cables. The obsidian and Coolermaster both have great cable management systems in regards to how the case was built.

I know you may have made your decision already...
