XJ I am in a way disappointed in you being the fact that you know the rules you have been around for some time but I do appreciate you coming and making a nice post about this.

Just to inform you you did not only break the Minecraft division rules but you broke clan rules and Mojongs rules as well.

I hope in due time you learn from this and play the game it was designed to be played and not ruin it.

I'm sorry it had to end like this, but best of luck to you. I personally have nothing against you myself, truthfully I thought you were a good guy, and don't get me wrong, I still think you are, but hacking is against the Division and Charter rules.

Alright But my fly mod is dodgy and my keys stick I just have that mod is good to have for building I am well aware of your rules but mojangs rules and how did I break them?
is zombe mod pack against that? I don't know if the creater of zombe is bad or what I am sorry that my fly mod had to jack up but I do not wish for this to be an appeal I don't want to leave as the bad guy and I will never "hack" first hacked clients are mods and I wasn't using that I was using a version of zombe mod pack this should be called exploiting not hacking I just want you to all know this was not a hack just a misuse of a fly mod.

The fly mod is against the minecraft rules for hacking (rule #3) which thus intern are classified as hacks for the charter. You also lied in-front of the CGC (me), Captain, and a clan hero when I confronted you about the failed hack scripting which appeared in chat which gave you away.

I do not wish for this thread to turn into a battle of terms of services, rules, and opinions. Best of wishes to you Xj.

If that's what you say fly mod to me is just a handy tool that hasn't been added to minecraft. But if you classify fly mod as anything other then flying to get up a mountain or just building with your friends, it is not against minecraft terms to have added mods for your own use not using it against a server now that I have cleared up about everything I want to say if you want this to be "hacking" fine by me I want everyone to know the truth and every part of my ban as I said before I don't want to be unbanned just to leave without the word hacker behind me. By the way those scripts are from roblox a game where you script your own games so you can make a health command for your self I have it set so when I say "god" it will do game.Workspace.xj04129.Humanoid.MaxHealth = math.huge --Put your name where it says YOURNAMEHERE.

The way Clan BBF describes a "hack" is

Hack = Any additional modification/plugin that gives you an advantage other players do not have.

So according to that you did hack buy having a mod that allows you to fly even though you are not allowed.

I reviewed the Mojong terms of service and in a way you are right you did not break there rules since their policies state you break the rules when you hand it to other people.

I my opinion you are leaving on good terms since you openly admitted "Yes I did fly" and "yes you knew you cheated".

Just a personal opinion I would remove the mod ASAP other servers will ban you for the same reason we did once they find out. A lot of servers run what's called mcbans which we don’t currently use as you may already know after so many bans you may be prevented from entering other servers.

so, flying is actually no-clipping. just do you guys know this... no clipping is flying but you're capable of going through walls and objects, i think this should be justified in the clan charter as clipping because, in reality, they're the same thing and in most cases, actually all cases, is considered an illegal cheat/mod/exploit/hack or whatever you want to call it in every sense.

cheat/modifications/hacks/exploits = illegal, so really, they're the same thing.

xJ you are my good friend and you will be forever. I'm sad to see you go this way, good people do bad things. I hope you remove whose hacks so you can play the game how it was made to be played.
