This game has potential. Unique combat system (similar to TERA), free to play, recently released and so far its been kinda fun. I don't know what the end game looks like but I'll read up on it soon.

Here's some pros and cons

PROS

+Beautiful graphic quality
+Detailed character creation
+Engaging combat system
+Windstriding (Teleport) takes you to points of the world you have already discovered so there is no walking for long distances
+The skill tree allows you to change how skills function
+Large variety of outfits
+Decent amount of costumes and weapon skins if you are into that
+Stats are NOT tied to outfits (so what you wear is just for show)
+Not horrible voice acting
+Stats are abstracted out to accessories (which don't render on your character) and a system called 'Bopae' which consists of 8 sections of a disc which you can mix and match to your heart's content. There's a lot of customization possible with this, though most players gravitate towards maximizing their damage output, for obvious reasons.

There's more that I cant think of off the top of my head

CONS

-No mounts, land or flying (As far as I know, they could possibly add mounts but the Windstride system is too convenient)
-Long queue time to get into server ( game just came out so its expected)
-Up to and hour long wait in queue...
-Can't move skills to different keys (looked everywhere for it buts its pretty set on you using the binds provided)
-No healing class ( I'm especially sad about this)
-Kinda limited PvP. You could join a faction and wear a uniform that is hostile to whatever faction your's is hostile too
-Which means watch out for high level PKers
-Questing is kind of a grind (like most MMOs)
-Limited faction PvP or PvP in general
-Only 8 classes and most are gender/race locked

As far as recruiting goes i don't think it would be a problem as long as they make an application under the unsupported games.

In-Game I can make a recruiting announcement but I need to advance the guild to lvl 2 to do it
