I have been thinking about a few things that i feel the server should implement for the 1.5 server.

As many of you have probably noticed i do not play MC much any more and that is due to some personal issues however i do still enjoy the game. I want to set things aside however and focus on getting the division on a good track and help relieve some of the burden from Corruption (with his approval of coarse) since i know many of the plugins, how they work, and can easily throw the plugins together with very limited issues.

I am taking all of the suggestions i have received since i was the GC of MC and want to suggest these changes if I'm allowed to set them up once Bukkit is released.

• No Freebuild
  • Guests will be able to roam the map free of others and have limited protection access.
• Multiple maps
  • 2 costume maps made with Terrain Control
  • 1 Normal map for those who like Vanilla MC at its core
• More control for member
  • Members have wanted to add Guests to town for ever now so lets make it possible

I have more ideas and will be searching Bukkit tonight to see what else i can compile and think of but in all reality the server is not for me or for Corruption and we need to start putting your concerns first while still keeping game play difficult and challenging so if you have any other suggestions or ideas please post here and i will see how we can make it possible.

Whats the point of the terrain control maps? Not like they matter anymore seeing how we are just a blob of a server with no real objective, everything on one map.

The point of the terrain control maps Is
- An extremely harsh environment rich in natural resources (LodeMines) expect to see them as hell on earth, but if you do survive the rewards will be worth it.
- A flatter resourcless world designed for grand projects and arena's/shops, this is the world for trade and events.

Other random things
-Towny is finally in place and fully functional along with chest shops having it's last few bugs ironed out. -Guests can create shops and join towns(not make them) however creating a shop for a guest will incur a fee.
-Server shops will appear eventually (after player shops are in existence) but will cost more to buy/sell from.
-Ways to get money(Eco creatures/auto reward on mining/farming) are being looked into and will be implemented soon, Note that towns are FREE to create as the server gains nothing from charging you to band together and protect your land.
-I've done some repair work on spawn and will continue to it again as needed.
-I've noticed the guests undertaking a few nice projects and believe them to be doing more good than harm at this point in the main world.

If you have any suggestions say them here or via a msg to me, I have no issue with constructive criticism and keeping silent helps noone.

I like the idea of a few terrain controled maps, one of them being flat for hardcore builders. I also like the idea of Guests joining Towns, that would be fun. But, I know it will make some Members mad, as most members (not me) have spent alot of time on this map and have put blood and sweat into their towns, like Will for example. His wall is huge, and if it was mine, I wouldnt want that going to waste. Thanks

I understand however the current map setup is not ideal and is not directing people to the Clan website or the Wikia and there is no incentive to join BBF.

70% of permissions are granted only to recruits+ and the leading incentive currently is the community, i believe that allowing guests to join towns and spend time with current members instead of holding them in a pen and letting them listen to chat will encourage them to join us. If the guests spend time with us i believe they'll be more likely to join.

I agree. So are you saying that some guests would be able to join us in TS? I agree that could be fun, BT some guests are 8 years old and are very annoying.

Ah so you understand how some of us older people feel about some of you younger people lol.
