I played the BETA when it was out and i just loved chronos.

I don't get why you'd want more than one account.

Um, well to answer that question.

You only get 1 summoner per account - so some people like to make pure tank accounts etc etc...

Another reason why people make accounts is because they're bored of having lvl 30 accounts and want to start over again...

Another reason is that people's friends join the game (newbies) and instead of queuing your friend whose level 1 in with you (whose level 30), you make a new account so you can play newbies with him so the skill level is there for him instead of getting raped by level 30 high elo players.

So for example, i made a new account to game with a buddy of mine who just got the game so that we could queue in his level area instead of mine.

I'd think it would make your lower elo opponents pretty mad being roflstomped by your smurf account lol.

I'm not even considered high ELO because when i did play ranked i got queued in with noobs and leavers/afkgayers so i just decided to make a new account. My ELO is like 960 or something like that but realistically i probably can give a 1200-1500 ELO player a really hard time or even beat him(done it in the past)

as you probably already know, that is passionately known as "elo hell". When I first started playing as lvl 30 I did join ranked games with little to no knowledge as to how the ranked dynamics worked and I myself contributed to the "hell" lol but that was a while ago.
I do hate that solo ranked is the worst, you ALWAYS have a leaver or troll :-(

Well just for future reference how would I or anyone else avoid elo hell?

unfortunately you can't if you play alone. The thing about us as a clan is that we can play as a "premade" which means if theres 3-5 of us on (I say 3 because theres a map that only allows three people from both teams to play, most of the games you will play in is 5 per team) we can join in the same game and play as a real team and not have to worry about someone leaving, trolling, going crazy or "leroy jenkins" on ya ;-)
You can tell when you play against a premade team, you get frog stomped like no ones business...although you can luck out and get some really good players on your team.
Freaking Mobius is a BEAST, I dunno if he plays for BBF anymore, but most of his games are solo and that dude is ranked like 1400+ which is really good...
