- Roles and Duties -

Role - Team leader - This does not apply for Rank games or Competition.

This is a important position it's your role to help your team to work together and get the best results.

Responsible for leading the team over voice comms and for what the team does or fails to do. This includes tactical employment and personnel management. He does this by planning, making timely decisions, issuing orders, assigning tasks, and supervising team activities. He must know his members and how to employ the teams weapons. Supervises and spot-checks all assigned tasks, and corrects unsatisfactory actions.

#2 priority - Leading Your Team to Success

#3 Priority - Motivate the team
