After a few long weeks of working the kinks out of Raid group 1 we are finally 5/6 MV with a strong possibility of getting our 6th and the promise of entering HOF. before I go any further I would like to give a very strong welcome and thanks to our very experienced raid partners from Vex. Now down to buisness, Latly I have seen a vast improvement in the way raid group 1 operates from harnessing game mechanics all teh way to downing new boss's. That being said I do see ALOT of improvement and homework that needs to be done by all raid meember and not just the raid lead. There are many time that we come up to a boss recently and people are unaware of the boss mechanics. Let me remind you all that it is each individuals responsibility to study teh boss fights, and not just from a DPS, Tank, or Healers perspective. everyone should know what everyones job is and what they need to do to accomplish it. The raid leader is not there to school you in teh ways of the fights he is simply a guide and nothing more. The raid lead should not have to yell or belittle anyone because they do not know what is going on. recently we have had alot of talk while in the raids we need to keep all communication down to a minimum and allow the tanks, heals, and special job DPS to communicate. The goal for us should be simply raid leader, and tanks communicating and thats it. If you have something to say wait until the end of the fight as we do our After Action Review and voice your concerns then.

RG 1 ALTS DO NOT BELONG IN RAID GROUP 2 !!
Well here we are a good bit into raiding and we finally have enough people to start up raid group 2.... or do we ? As i see it right now we do not have enough people to start a second raid group comprised of a credited [BBF] group. however we have people that want to raid with the appropriate ILVL, alts and pugging to start a 2nd raid group. raid group 2 will consist of mostly pugs and BBF members who are not in RG 1. Any one in RG 1 who has an alt should kkep them out of raid group 2 and here is why. Many times we come to a point were RL screws up the raid group and we are missing people. Riad group 1 members have a great many alts which should be group specific to teh raid meaning if we are missing people you can switch your toon out in raid group 1 but cannot raid in group 2. by keeping the alts out of group 2, you not only allow the new members to get a crack at loot but also to develop there own comraderie without any influence of riad 1. In the end they will work better together, grow better together, and ultimatly create there own techniques that work.

The future of [BBF] Raiding
Its simple recruit recruit recruit.. any and all levels should be welcome. I am concerned about teh 14 day kick period i do think its a bit excessive and we could be loosing great raiders. I honestly see noreason in kicking anyone from a guild unless its administrative punishment. I will be asking the Gm and CGC to get rid of the 14 day kick policy in favor of promoting a larger guild. You never know that guy we just kicked could get bored cvome backand be our best DPS.
