Persh, I haven't played with you or even recall being in TS with you. I am not here to bash you or to tell you why you are/aren't getting an officer position.

I would like to say that as of current their are not a lot of officer positions being handed out. Reason being is because the numbers within the clan does no justify more officers/higher ranked members.

The last Roll Call had 29 members posting as active, 13 of these members posted for AW.

Right now we have 13 members who hold a position of CGC or higher Administration

If we were to count all the officers for each division we would have more than 50% of the clan holding officer positions.

No division is required to have a CGC or offices. The decision is solely up to the GC.

Of course if you don't feel the GC is making the right decision for the division you can certainly contact the DC

Chase is right here. We need to get more people in here. If we were all officers what good would it do. I am not saying you are a good person or not, I am like chase I do not think I have even talked with you in TS. In game leaders are chosen when needed. I true span of control is 3 to 7 people. If you have more then that you need an officer. If you have less then not. So if you had 14 people then really you only need 2 officers. Me I would have 3 at that point but you could do it with 2. Now that is how most military and paramilitary organization operate. Each GC is given the ability to operate as they see fit for there game as long as they fall with in the guidelines that BBF has set forth. Now if they have lost control we would suggest they make changes and if it keep going then we might removed them if that is needed. But you also have the right if you are unhappy with your GC to go above them to the RC, and so forth if needed. The DC can not be everywhere all the time but I can tell you I have an open door policy all the time, unless am out of the country.
