I am not sure what is wrong with the idea of promoting members when there have been officer positions open for over a year in COD division. Poptardz explained to me being officer as just being a moderator on the forums. I have always wanted to be promoted and been with BBF for long enough to qualify to be one. And I never asked to be a mod on forums. I just wanted to have a higher rank. Not sure what is wrong with that. Players who don't even play AW have positions. I have always been in clans where I climbed and been able to become a bigger part of a community or clan. If I lack certain qualities, I should know what they are. Any comment regarding me being a troll is invalid, btw. It just feels that personal opinion and favor plays a bigger role in this than anything else. I may not have been the most active lately but I'm one who has been more active than many of our current members. I'm not trying to bash any member. I want to know others' opinions as well. I mean if none of you are in favor of me being an officer then I know how much I have lacked as a member and will take my leave quietly.

This is just my own opinion PerSH. I think having only a GC in the AW division is just fine as it is. There is not really a point in filling up all the officer positions if there is just going to be like 1 or 2 regular members. Also, if the officer positions were filled there would be bickering going back and forth between someone who holds a higher rank and someone who is one rank lower. Having one voice in the division, Poptardz, who is very active is just fine with me. Less bickering and more friends having fun wrecking n00bs in CoD.

Persh, i honsetly have nothing against you personally, I think your a great guy and a skilled COD player but your just not suitable for an officer position. I understand your frustration but you must stop asking/wanting to become an officer just for the sake of becoming an officer. For various reasons, an officer position isn't for you. This doesn't mean, however, that being a member of the clan isn't for you.

I feel, and im sure most would agree, that i would rather wait to fill those officer positions with ppl that I know are dedicated and would do a great job rather than just filling them all up for the sake of them being filled.

And favoritism doesn't play a role, the only officer that i currently have is Scubaru, i have not even filled the other positions yet. And personal opinion does not either, I can tell which members would be good or not be good in representing the clan in a higher position.

Simply being in the clan and spending time with us is what we really appreciate. It's just a rank on the forums, don't be mad, we still love ya and will continue to love ya! So, please no hard feelings and please dont leave over something like this.

you need to state reasons why I'm not suitable. and why is it that you think I wanna be officer for the sake of it. You're not giving a reasonable response. Various reasons isn't a response. You don't even know the potential of me being an officer. Who said officer for the sake of being one. I'm pretty sure we have had multiple useless officers in the past who never done a damn thing for the clan. If an officer has a duties I can perform those duties to the fullest. and I'm not dedicated really? Being a 24/7 AW player doesn't make you a dedicated person. Being consistently a cod player for the past 2-3 years makes you one. Ghosts was crap and I have my reasons for not playing AW as much recently. I represent the clan better than most of you. and being a troll will never be a valid reason as long as you type "umad" and troll as a GC. Give your reasons.

It is quite disappointing really to never be appreciated for your effort. you can say past is past but to think that members simply for being "good" at the game and being buds with GC's have been promoted. and I've always been denied a chance because of personal feelings. Doesn't matter honestly. I will play with the BBF members because Sleep and Puma were the reasons I joined back BBF while ago and whatever biased opinion may exist, I will overlook them. I wouldn't take a officer positions even if you offered me at this point. I don't need your love and fake appreciation either.

Favoritism doesn't matter when it comes to making some one an officer, BUT trust does. the truth is that you've been and on and off BBF member as of the past year. Even so i would agree with pop's decision.

I've known you for a while and I've always thought you were a cool person to play with, but I can see why you are not being appointed an officer role/leadership position.

1) To be in an officer position I believe you should mature a bit more. Having a public rant on forums is a prime example of what I mean. C'mon man, there is no need to publically call people out or whine on a forum. I know you're better than that.

2) An Officer shouldn't want the position initially, but if given the opportunity would take it. If you pester people about being an officer all the time and tell them you want the promotion is not going to get you an officer position.

I hope you take this advice to heart Persh. I know you are a good player and a fun person to game with, but I'll agree with Pop that you are not suitable for an officer position presently as this thread is evidence. Keep Calm and Game On

My various reasons for declining your officer promotion:

- Not active enough on the forums (only 39 posts since 2012 join date)
- Constant changes to your steam name
- Taking BBF tags off a lot
- Constant asking of officer promotion
- Current steam profile bio is rude
- We have had an active AW party every night for the past week and you only joined us once
- Past problems within BBF also kept in mind

I hate to do this publicly on the forums but there are my reasons. If you want me to delete this post I will.

You are welcome to continue being apart of BBF as a core member. Please persh, stop digging your self down a deeper hole.

I leave one last response and you don't need to remove any post. At no point i felt like I was digging myself down a deeper hole. Any comment regarding maturity is disregarded and won't be read. My past problems with BBF were before you joined BBF and you don't have a clue about them. I stay firm on my belief and view on this situation and I will never look at this post as whining and such. Your reasons were noted and I will stay true and honest and will post honest threads. You are free to lock them or remove them. I don't have a say in that. Lastly, I haven't been on and off with BBF. I was never kicked. I left once and been with BBF ppl ever since. No one ever realized that BBF meant more than a clan despite everything. No hard feelings.
