Since April 2012, Baptized by Fire has seen its member ranks grow to over double in size. As the size of the clan increases, so does the necessary workload. In July, Division Command released a new clan rank structure that helped to redistribute assignments to upper level positions in the clan that had not been filled in some time. Today it is our pleasure to announce who will be filling those roles.

Major General
The highest rank to be filled is that of Major General. This position will be overseeing our outreach efforts, assisting with our clan alliance approval process, and will be reporting back any ideas or suggestions that might be used to improve BBF. This outgoing nature of this position really lends itself to requiring a candidate that had a suitable personality.

Baptized by Fire is pleased to announce the appointment of [BBF] geNkø as our next Major General.

Brigadier General
The Brigadier General will be heading the recruitment efforts for the clan. This position will be directly responsible for the clan-wide recruiting program, will propose new recruiting strategies, and will be keeping a monthly recruiting report which will be submitted back to Division Command. This position also fills in for the Colonel Regiment Commander when the position is open or when the present RC is away.

Colonel Regiment Commander
As our current Colonel Regiment Commander is being reassigned, it is necessary to find another candidate for this position. We were fortunate that we did not have to look very far as the last time this position was posted we had a number of applications submitted.

Baptized by Fire is pleased to announce the appointment of [BBF]Chaser as our next Colonel Regiment Commander.

As there are a number of promotions handed out at once, please be patient as each of these appointed leaders will be training for their new positions over the next few weeks. In the mean time though, please join me in congratulating [BBF] geNkø, [BBF] Itchy, and [BBF]Chaser on their new positions in the clan.
