If you do, do you like the layout, and new features? I don't think it's a huge upgrade but I like the slight variations on the UI so far.

I really haven't found another image editor I like, GIMP is okay, but I think PS is best.

yeah i agree Photoshop is really well done and most of Adobe's other products are, but the pricing on them is just insane and leads people to commit illegal crimes that we dare not speak of. Also i don't like how they release all these "new" versions of the programs when i can use the CS3 suite and have just about all the tools and features of the newer releases. I don't even have anything above CS3 lol.

No I'm too broke to upgrade to CS6 yet... hell I just got CS5 this past winter... =/
There are some pretty sweet featues though.
