October third marks the twentieth anniversary of the Battle of Mogadishu. If you are unaware of that term, perhaps the words "Black Hawk Down" rings a bell.

Anyhow, here's a clip from the movie remade to honor the events of that tragic day. Heads up: Blood and swearing is in the clip.



If you like that movie, perhaps you wound find the 20th anniversary commentary interesting as well. This video is of Jeffrey D. Struecker, the convoy leader of that day. It depicts him returning to Somalia to tour and discuss what happened, and how his life has been effected since then.
