I don't judge my favorites by genre, well, I do, sorta... I mostly judge them by what system/system generation with inside genres of them, but I can have a lot of notable likes worth sharing. I will order the generations by the time of console ownership and the games in order...

-Crash 'n Burn
-Theme Park
(I enjoyed the little animations, blowing up my equipment and watching the bankrupted park owner jump out the window lol)

*Sega Genesis:
-Only game I like: Sonic 2
NOTE: I SO wanted to play Michael Jackson's Moonwalk(er?), but its hard to find without needing repairs

*N64:
-Starfox 64
-WipeOut 64
(I was ruthless in the Piranha)
-Blues Brothers 2000
(Could never beat the darn thing but it was so upbeat and cheerful that I loved it)

*PSOne:
-Vigilante 8 and Vigilante 8: The Second Offense
(and later on the revived version in XBLA called Vigilante 8 Arcade)
-The Twisted Metal series (I got TM2 for my first game on PSOne, still think that TM1 and 2 are better than the 3rd and 4th)
-Speed Racer
(Amazingly simple game, 2 tracks, and they gave you enough terrain to use buttons A through F, but G was pretty useless)

*Game boy (had the Ice Blue slim, still have my Pikachu Edition Color, and had both Advances but hated them)
-Pokémon up to Crystal and Mr. Do

(There were considerable graphics upgrades and revamps with the switch to Xbox)

(I like the game so much that I bought the DLC...)

(Before you rage at me for that, think about it, people judged the game based on the time it took to make, not the game itself, which is one of the main reasons why a lot of comic book to movie shows get crappy ratings on Rotten Tomatoes, but yeah, sometimes a movie is just crap)

PC:
-War Thunder
-Saints Row the Third
-Bastion
(Seriously, if you really like storylines while you game, Bastion is the best game you can get for it)
