How we doing guys and lady's was created by [BBF]hisgun

BBF has past the 15 year mark and we are still going.
What do you think about how we are doing?
Are we a strong clan? Is the clan growing or not? What can we do to get better? stuff like that.

What are we doing right? What are we doing wrong? What makes BBF a Great clan? and stuff like that. Just looking for your thoughts.

Me, I think BBF is a great clan because we have a very good clan Charter that attracted some good people who then attracted more good people. We now have at our core a group of "glue" made of good people
I think those great gluey core members could try just a little harder (I know your the best and do more and post more) because to grow more is needed and its because this core group is the best they need to lead.
Are we a strong clan, for sure just we are not all that big right now. This clan is so strong that it has been running on cruse control for some time now and doing OK. I don't think we can go forever like that and grow but it shows how strong we are.
Our members have always reached out to new members but I would like to see more of that, helping the new guy, making sure they are apart of the game and know how things work. We could try harder to get new blood in here because the more people we have to play with the more fun it seems to be.
I think it maybe time to look at ourselves and see what we can do to make things better. I could be wrong and "Jumping the Gun" (I don't like that saying :-( ...). If it is time then this is the place to start, with what you all think.

So there I have kicked the ball lets see where it goes.
