Graphics Card question. was created by [BBF]Mobius

Hey everyone just wondering if I bought a GT430 from NVIDIA would I need to upgrade from 32 to 64-bit windows 7? Im thinking about upgrading my graphics card as it cant handle Star Wars the Old Republic very well ><

EDIT: I will also like to hear other Recommendations preferably NVIDIA for under $80. The cheaper the better of course :P

First, we need to know what graphics card you have now, so that when you buy a new one, will it be worth the money or will you see just a little bit better quality.

Also with the 32bit 64bit deal, if you want 4gb+ of ram, you'll need to run 64bit, but if you're sticking below 4gb of ram, 32bit is just fine.

If you stay 32bit your graphics memory counts against the 3.7 gig limit...so if you get a 1gig card, you only have 2.7 left, no sense to upgrade RAM from 2 to 4...
