Hey everyone in BBF I just wanted to let everyone know what is going on with the [BBF]DrDeath. Over the past year my family and I have had on of the worst years I think I could ever have. It all started about a year ago, as many of you know I am a fireman and I have been for almost 10 years.

Well as many of you know they do not make that much money so I have always had to have a part-time job to make ends meet. I have 3 wonderful kids and a great wife who has to stay at home with them to get them to school and make sure they do there home work. Well almost years ago now I was laid off from my HVAC job were I had been for almost 4 years. I was making great money to be working part-time, I was making 14 an hour and working about 30 hours a week. So do the math good money.

Well anyways I was laid off right before Christmas I spent 6 months looking for a job before I found doing electrical, which is something I have done in the past but I would not say I was an electrician but I can hold me own.

Well right after I started doing electrical my dad past away at 59 years old the day before his birthday. He did not have any insurance nor any saving so with a little help from my family I had to play for a funeral out of pocket which cost way more then they need to. But about a week before he did I got a call from a guy who I had never meet and only seen in some old pictures. It was my half brother from my dad 1st marriage who was wrongfully taken away from my dad long time ago by his ex-wife and would not let him or my dad see each other but that is a whole different story. So anyways he called me and went to see my dad. Since then we have been keeping in touch with each other and are building a great family from it, so there is always a silver lining from ever cloud.

So anyways 3 months after I started the electrical job they also ran out of work and I was looking again, but because I meet my brother his company offered me a contract to install smart-board for them. So I have now started my own company doing facility services for offices.

Then some thing happened at the station I was at that I did not agree with so I decided to transfer to a different station. Well the station I went to is on the water and because it is I have had to become a SCUBA diver which was a blast. We are now getting a Fire Boat as well that we be great to play with.

Well also during this time I have lost my house due to not working and paying for a funeral and have had to move and rent till we get things straightened out. I have also had to pay out of pocket to out braces on my oldest daughter teeth.

So in short over the past year I have lost 2 jobs been out of work close to 7 or 8 months, lost my house, lost my dad and found a new brother so as you can see this has been a rollercoaster ride if I have ever had one. I know that I have not been able to spend as much time here with BBF as I would like and I have even on many different time thought about hanging BBF up for a time till I got it all straight. I have spook with paco from time to time when I was able to get on TS and he told me to hang in there and try to post when I could. I really hope things are starting to get straight and I will be able to get back to gaming like I was. I have bought a new laptop for my new small company to use when installing smart-boards which is way better then my laptop and I am sure would play some of these new games. I hope to get a new desktop soon so I can really get back into gaming.

I really want to thank all the BBF CLB staff for really stepping in when I have been gone to keep things running smooth as possible. (Not that they did not work before.) I know that hisgun has a lot going on right now and has been gone a lot threw the summer or he said he would not sure if he was able to do that or not but anyways. I hope to get caught back up on things here and get back to being able to play and have fun with all my BBF family.

Hey DrDeath. Sorry to hear about your old man. It is always sad and hard to hear about any family member(s) that passes. But good to hear you are moving on. But like Antoss said... I don't know you much but would like to know you in the future when you do start to game because you do sound like a kick arse guy. But I would like to give you some advice from "Man-to-Man". This is key information that will save you what we call, "Money". Do not! Purchase "Minecraft" it is pretty much "Legos" good god do not purchase it. DO NOT! I can continue to type DO NOT! Over and over again but I need my fingers to play with myself.

im glad that you are doing way better then you were because obviously thats a lot to deal with...im glad you were willing to share the story. your half brother gave you hope it seems and im glad you guys are in touch.

D= That is a pretty rough year. I'm sorry to hear about your dad =( It is good that you were able to get a new relationship out of it though.

Good luck with the work you're doing now. I hope it really pays off for you =) And I also hope you'll be able to be around BBF and will have an awesome year from now on xD

That all sucks DrDeath. My Mom passed away last year. I almost made it down to see her. She pass away just hours before I got there. Me and my older Bro took care of the cost. My Dad has congenitive heart failure and a carotid artery aneurysm that could "pop" any time so he has to take it easy. But other then that, life has been good for me. Oh the Dog died but I did not like it anyway. :twisted: I must be doing something right (or lucky) because I don't work near as hard as you. :roll:

Good to have you back. We need more life on the forums and in game. I have been playing CoD4. Sounds like your Fire Dept. job is going good and fun.
