thanks for the info, I had no idea that it was a prequel, that makes me want to see it even more! Some friends told me that it was another aliens movie (my fav will always be Aliens 2, spacemarines rocked!) but I didn't put to much into it lol

Um, well, you see its a toss up really. I read into the movie and all the characters/plots and stuff quite heavily. Wikipedia has quite a lot of information on it. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prometheus_(film )

You'll see that Ridley didn't want to repeat information and achievements from his Alien movies, but wanted to provide the audience with a new look into the beginning but at the same time, stray far from the previous (or in this case future) Alien stories.

Either way, they'll be getting my 13.50 for the 3d movie and the 13.50 for the pop and nachos when i go there.

They have the main 3 (Rico, inbanez, Carl) and it looks awesome (idk if it's the original cast though)

If it doesn't have Paul Verhoeven directing; it'll be as bad as Starship Troopers 2 and even worse if it doesn't have the original cast.
