Admin's can help when you have issues with your account and you can find them sooner or later on TS.

Good you got it worked out and thanks for the post because it gives me a chance to say the BBF higher ranked Officers are Admin's on this server and are here to help when we can. I this case I was not part of any help but hey I get the word out anyway. :D
