I personally love CCleaner, its by far one of the best out there, just make sure to run it as administrator.

Theres actually a few ways to possibly fix this issue if your still having it.

1) Disable hardware acceleration in flash. You'll have to right click on a flash enabled video and click on "settings" than un-tick hardware acceleration. Refresh your browser and see it that helps.

2) on the top left side of IE on the right side of your url address bar there are three icons there, one for "compatability view", "refresh", and "stop". Click on the compatibility view (icon looks like a torn piece of paper) and left your browser refresh, once it does see if you can view the video.

I'm actually an IT for a communications company and we get this all the time.

As a side note, turning down hardware acceleration in widows media player under settings usually solves that issue as well...

Cool. I will only EVER suggest programs I have used and tested and verified to function as expected.. but if you found another that did good for you, I'm glad to hear it.

Okay, I'm assuming this is a problem with goggle chrome, because my I.E works fine now after uninstalling adobe flash and it only messes up with chrome... I've done EVERYTHING everyone has suggested and nothing works... I will have to use I.E. for videos I guess

No just the catalyst suite. The profiles download is mainly for people that have crossfired graphics cards which you wouldn't have.
