Today I started downloading Diablo 3 since I bought it yesterday but was playing CoD.
When I was downloading today and a bit last night I noticed that I got <7 Download speed so after it was done downloading I did a speed test, this is what I got.

I ain't gonna tell my ISP about this, maybe the upgraded us for free since I was complaining so much about them.. If you see the little sign.. Its faster then 97% of Ireland.. (Wow!) I should be only getting 30mb/s and am Getting 63.. Dafuq?

yeah really i don't know what is happening here... considering in canada we only get like 3mb upload and you're getting 6....
