When the GC of your division feels like you have been a productive and mature enough recruit to officially join the clan.

From the Full Clan Charter:
3.5 - New Recruits & Probation: New Recruits are broken down into two categories: Recruits [R] age 16 and above and Cadets [C] age 13 through 15. Each is required to complete between 2 and 5 weeks of probation. Within this period the Recruit's [R] GC or a higher Officer must place the new member in the BBF Core Member Group or remove them form the clan. The Cadet's GC may only place them in the BBF Core Member Group at age 16.
Both Cadets and Recruits must hit Roll Call.

As you can see it is 2 to 5 weeks for Recruits [R] and they Must be 16 or older. [BBF]Phantom is right the GC will give you your next rank within that 5 weeks but it is his call.

Aside from the charters principles, it really lies on the recruits maturity, activeness, productiveness, ability to follow the CoC, and just basically be a positive person to the other clan mates. The GC will be looking for positive attributes in the recruits/cadets to see if theyre fit for the clan.

why did he step down? and im not trying to be a pain or trying to push it i was just told it took two weeks just wanting to be a part of BBF ;)
