My download speed is amazing, great for streaming movies/downloading games, but I hate uploading long YouTube videos, takes forever T.T

This is the FASTEST internet offered in my area by AT@T. They have the entire county contracted out strictly to them. You could run cable up to 60 MB/sec, but it's alot more.
