Look at my Internet speed. It's the worse one on here and this is the top package where I live in the US.

This is considered an average day for me.... this is actually surprisingly good for the kind of internet I have... usually its below 1 for both download and upload... and usually with pings as high as 4,000ms and a packet loss as high as 89%. Just depends on the day! Today is a decent day.

I've seen it get 20mbps down and up on a phenomenal day.
