There are times when members want to discuss clan policies, ask questions, voice concerns, or submit a complaint. Below are methods available for members to do so.

Chain of Command and Administration

Members are encouraged to use the chain of command. All questions, issues, and requests should be taken to the officer directly above you for a solution or answer before engaging a higher ranking officer or HR.

Ranks

This goes along with the Chain of Command and is in the General Discussion forum. This list is maintained for current ranks, including images for the ranks.

Private Forum

Core Members gain access to the private forum, the last forum located in the General Discussion category. Recruits become core members after they make it past probation.

Use this forum to discuss anything you don't want the general public to see. This can be somewhat private info. like meeting up in real life for clan events, discussing clan policies, or bringing up clan issues to be discussed in a constructive manner.

There are also useful sticky posts at the top such as ranks, awards, member map, etc.

"Contact Us" link

Located in the lower left corner of every page is a Contact Us link. This link can be used by quests and recruits. It is mainly for guests or recruits who might have lost their login information or have a question about the website.

Clan HR

Baptized by Fire has a Human Resources member, currently [BBF] Hisgun, who is available for implementing policies relating to members. The HR is the "go to" person for any internal issues between members and a great resource for any member who has an HR related question.

[BBF] Hisgun is a very nice guy, and is available via PM or via the "Submit Complaint" link at any time. Please give him a few days to respond as he has a job and family to attend to as well.
