Hope you all had a nice Christmas. I posted a little heads up to our GC’s in the CLB a week or so ago and now I want to do the same for our members and those who may wish to become members. This is all in the Clan Charter but I want to highlight and clarify just a few things because as HR these are the things that create issues that I work with Monthly.

*Please no swearing, your friends may not speak up but many a member has come to me and said can you do something about it. So please Have fun, even a slip now and then is not the end of the world but the rule is No swearing.

*Smack talk in TS, seems like fun and everyone is having a good time but it sometimes gets out of hand or hurts someone. They may not always say anything about it but we have lost members do to things said in “fun”. Respect always.

*The name you use in TS will be the same as the name you use on the BBF forums. It is how we know you are authorized to be using TS. If your name in TS does not match an active BBF members name, you will be bared from TS. A review will be made by the first of the year (and every month or so after).

*Respect all gamers, all the time. I would add respect everyone evenly as clicks sometimes develop or a officer or long time member may get treated with more respect then a new or regular member. This should not happen. There is a basic respect that we show people. It is about us not them they do not need to earn it because it is about you, how you treat people and who you are and because you are BBF it is about all of us.

*Your leaders should be following the same rules and more. If for whatever reason you have issues try to work it out with the leader above you. If your not happy with the answer he gives you please move up the chain of command to the officer above him. The clan is about you our members we want you to have fun,
We’ve set up TS for you and Forums. Our leaders come from your ranks and those leaders made and review the Clan Charter all so you can play and have Fun. That is why we are here to play and have fun. Our leaders work for free, many hours, pay the bills and make things work. If you have issue with any leader talk to the leader above him because he is closest to how things work in your game and knows the leader you have issue with or let me know and I will guide you to the right person or the right person to you.
