Anyone know Java scxript and CSS was created by [BBF]Chaser

I could really use a hand with these things. If anyone knows anything about this or can maybe give me a hand with the minecraft wiki i would much appreciate it because im going nowhere fast.

I also have some knowledge in java script and CSS. I'm assuming wikia is a very easy site to code for so I could POTENTIALLY help. But my knowledge of both is limited.
