Hisgunhas had a long run as Lieutenant General Human Resources Director as well asmany other jobs here in BBF. But he has decided to take the hardest job of alland be a regular member. He will be missed in the DC but he will always bearound to keep me and itchy inline.[/size]

Rule #1 do all you can for the Member (or member want-to-be) Forget the old saying "For the good of the clan" if you do right by each member that walks in your door Then you are doing good for the clan... Don't take the easy way.

Good Luck and Congrats, Oh and take your time to make sure your doing the Best thing because once you do something it is much harder to fix it..

I can go on and on, just start banging your head into the wall now it feels good when you stop. :-)
