Not very much, it was something we thought was a good idea but turns out not so much so.
I can see how it would be handy, if someone sees a person they want to talk to on the forums they can send them a PM and say jump on the Live Chat and boom there talking (typing), I don't know if it has voice, don't think so. Maybe some people talk a little and leave but like you guys I have checked and don't see it used a lot. But I like having it just in case.
