A good PC? was created by [C]JICSTER98

I have a dell Optiplex 755 at the moment, and i could do with something better/faster for gaming and just all round amazing. The only problem is...i have a tight budget of at least under £1,000 however the cheaper the better :P i found this 1 for £999 is it any good? and has anyone got any better ideas? www.pcspecialist.co.uk/view/Vortex-1000-gaming-pc/
Im also not good at electronics...so building one is out of the option really :/ i dunno what im doing with all that stuff :P

It's not really hard to build one, it's like high tech lego. If you have a parent or friend to help, or some computer part stores will do it for you, for a fee. It's MUCH cheaper to, however tha build isn't too bad as far as prebuilt.

You'd be better off to start new, chances are your MOBO MIGHT be the only useful thing, but doubtful.

Just a few terms for you.

MOBO = Motherboard
CPU = Central Processing Unit (processor)
GPU = Graphics Processing Unit (Video Card])
HDD = Hard Disk Drive (Storage)
SSD = Solid State Drive (Storage Much faster than an HDD but cost more a well)
RAM = Random Access Memory (usable Memory)
PSU = Power Supply Unit

Again its really easy to build your own PC let us know your price range and what you are wanting to do with a new PC (School, games, business etc...) If its for games what type of game (minecraft, black ops 2) this will help us determine what what sort of a load the PC will be undergoing while playing games.
