Dell computers can be hard to upgrade, due to extra attachments in the case. at least some of the older ones, its been awhile since i looked in a dell box. I would suggest building a new one, or buying one if you are unable to build it.

price= as cheap as possible :P
probibly using it for games ie, battlefield/good graphical games :P
