So yeah. My mind is blown at the quality of movies out this summer. Recently saw Star Trek and it was fantastic. Saw Fast and Furious 6 this morning and it was also...fantastic. Now I can't wait for Man of Steel in June to come out. Epic summer for movies :)

The Fast and the Furious movies have been a tradition for my dad and I. Ever since we saw the first one in theaters, we have to see the next one together when it comes out. 6 movies in we still love the series(we're car guys). Can't wait till the 7th one :D

I kinda fell asleep during The Hobbit Part 1... Well almost... I might have... Uhm... I don't know if this will be 'Summer' for you guys, but The City Of Bones and Catching Fire will be out soon! I'm excited for that since the books were awesome.

The original Fast and the Furious was the very first DVD I ever got. It was a Best Buy bundle with the PS2, also came with a DVD remote for the system... God... I was in 7th grade when that came out...

World War Z is another run of the mill zombie movie from what I can tell, but I do want to go see it. Comes out in June according to movieinsider.com

I'll agree with Zodiac. World War Z looks to be quite the epic zombie flick. Mainly since its in a larger scale as say "Dawn of the Dead" where it was said it was everywhere, but they only showed the one location most of the time. I think World War Z will raise the bar on zombie movies.

Spoiler Alert: eventually Bilbo finds the ring and lord of the rings starts. The End. :P

+1 to Schwarzwald

I'm also looking forward to the new Hunger Games movie as well as the City of Bones movie. I read the trilogy of the hunger games and thought the books were really good. I read city of bones and got about a quarter through the second book. I couldn't stand the writing in the mortal instruments series. The writer and editor give me the impression they didn't even graduate high-school with all the spelling and grammatical errors in the books. I'm hoping I'll like the movies cause I just couldn't finish reading the books.

I didn't care much for the hunger games movie. It could be that I didn't fall into the 12-16 year old female demographic.
