Finley got a response although it is very vague.

Again this is not an issue we can fix we are at the mercy of our host and lets all hope everything is transferd over ok.

I tried this link and it don't work for me. You sure they did not just close up shop? No one in this day and age has their servers down for this long for any reason and stays in business. :-(

I highlighted our node. Each node has multiple servers on it. From what i can tell they have at least 3 servers down.

What they are doing is switching to new and better machines so to do that they need to move all data and files. Our server is probabley about 10GB that's a lot of information to move.

When i have a problem i go right to the CEO his name is Nick and he has been straight forward with us since day one.

I can't log in and it looks like the server is down to me. I cant log in to another server I sometimes use to test things. Nothing on my end has changed that I know of. I just got on the other server but ours is down.

We are experiencing a small error. Working with hoster to fix it. Will be up soon hopefully.

And yes the server is down again i have done everything i know but cannot figure out the issue. I think it is host related so i have sent in a ticket.
