So I ran into this same exact issue last night so I reinstalled Arma and OA. Well today I still have the same issue.... when I go to update the patches using DayZcommander, I get the error "Wrong CD Key."

it is a registry error so uninstalling wont help.

I believe I got it to work. The patch finally went through so here is the moment of truth.....

How I fixed it:
Running dayzcommander/steam as admin
verify caches of all 3 armas
load main screen of all 3 armas
some black magic
and wallah. it works I suppose now lol
