Arrakis State of Emergency was created by [BBF]Vyndorn

The city of Arrakis will open all its borders due to the towny crisis which has come upon us by the mad divines.

All members who use to be apart of the city are free to rejoin by typing /town join arrakis

All non-pre-existing members of the city will be kicked out if they join. Since borders are open, the city is very susceptible to griefing. Any damage done will result in a ban to the partys involved.
