just in general im gonna top slash jungle from now on and i dont know if lol kings rune sets are good enough so i thought i would ask if you guess have any suggestions on trundle, jax, and voli ?? any input would be awesome thanks guys

Personally, i dont use runes off of mobafire, solotop, or lolking. I believe that you dont need a guide to help you play a rts better, mainly because there are so many different situations in the game that could catch you off guard. However, i CAN tell you what runes you should have.

Marks: armor pen ; attack speed ; attack damage ; magic pen
Seals: Armor ; Mana at 18
Glyphs: AP at 18 ; MR at 18 ; Cooldown reduction
Quints: Gold ; Attack damage ; Ability power ; Health ; Movement speed

The rest is up to you. (:

AD Junglers/top laners will usually take:

Marks: AD, Armour Pen, or Attack spped
Seals: Armour
Glyphs: Scaling MR, flat MR,
Quints: AD, Armour, Armour Pen, or Move speed

just depending on the champion will be which you use of those

AP Junglers/top laners
Marks: Armor, M Pen
Seals: Scaling health, mana regen
Glyphs: MR
Quints: AP

Those are what I use mostly.

Well, I find it extremely helpful to run armor reds and yellows, magic resist blues and AD quints on Jax. He already does lots of hybrid damage, making him difficult to itemize against and he does not need that much extra damage. Jax has trouble winning trades until he reaches level 6 (he actually can thanks to counter-strike, but he will run oom very quickly), so a very defensive rune page can help him get there safely.
