1.6.4 Server Update + some was created by [BBF]Chaser

The server has been updated to 1.6.4.

I have also made a few changes to one plugin in particular that everyone dislikes.

ClearLagg has been re-configured and currently the following mobs should not despawn when clear lag activates.

- Villager
- Wolf
- EntityHorse
- Cow
- Pig
- Chicken
- Sheep
- VillagerGolem
- MushroomCow
- Snowman

As well i have increased the activation time to 30 minutes. The last anf most likley the most important change i made is
[align=center:11n66col][size=3:11n66col]**Items will no longer despawn**[/size][/align:11n66col]

I hope you all enjoy the new changes i know ill be getting fewer complaints.

If you still have issues connecting to the server please PM me and i will walk you thru the steps you need to take.
