I've made a new avatar which can't be any larger than 100x100 pixels and for some reason I can't get the file to be less than 15kb which doesn't meet the 10kb file size for an avatar. I'm using photoshop CS5 and I've even tried to save the quality as low and still no dice.......[hr:1lf7em50][/hr:1lf7em50]

nvm looks like I had to convert the jpg to a gif in order to get the right size, but it still looks good with a few contrast/darkness adjustments ;-)
