Fallout 3 or New Vegas was created by [BBF]Chaser

Well they are both the asme price right now so what would you recommend 3 or newvegas? I have only played a little of each game and would love a great suggestion for a new game for me to play.

I know they are older but im waiting for Diablo 3 to come out before i pick a new game to buy and i got to pass my time one way or another.

i only played FO3, liked it overall. btw, take a look at the S.T.A.L.K.E.R series, i really enjoyed those a lot and they shoudl be pretty cheap by now. from the immersiveness I haven't found anything better so far. lots of ways to mod/improve as well. I never had too many issues with bugs, but some folks did.

fallout 3 has a better story and really feels like it immerse you, i enjoyed 3 way more, to the point i did everything in the game, however New Vega's has a number of features which really tip the game as a better choice, from iron sight zooming, to customizable weapons it is more rounded, it just wasn't very interesting, at least for me.

I loved them both and put over a hundred hours into each. Ultimately, I would vote for FONV. The game is good and the 5 DLCs are all individually great additions. I am sure you can get the game and DLCs pretty cheap.
