ok so if you weren't there for the impromptu guild meeting thing, there was some discussion of doing Heroic T14 raids when we lack people for ToT.

The best way for us to do this is by using the website Open Raid.

This website allows you to connect with others to do old raids (anything pre-ToT), group quests, world bosses, challenge modes, H scenarios, and pretty much anything that can be cross realmed.

If you wish to pug groups outside of the guild feel free to make an account with them. You can find groups using their chat function, or their calendar sign ups.

That being said, if we are to use Open Raid to fill up spots for our group to do Heroic T14 raids, we must know and prepare for all the fights because most open raiders will leave after the first wipe (not all but most).
