So this is really freaking cool, and useful. Found it on the SWGEmu forms and played around with it. This can be useful for many things but Krayt hunting with two toons could be the most useful. Basicaly in a nut shell is allows you to send your toons commands from another toon. You can change the commands any way you want. For instance I can tell rifleman 1 to heal, kneel, stand, follow, intimidate from rifleman2. This is what you need to run for this to work.
Run this macro exactly like it is typed on the toon you want to command. Name it orders.

/load;
/commands;
/pause 1;
/macro orders;

Next create a new macro. This macro you can name whatever you’d like. For instance I named this OHeal.

/alias commands /healdamage
/pause 1.5;
/alias commands /pause 1

Now if you want to tell your toon to do something other than heal, all you have to do is change the /healdamage part of the macro. Now remember it’s very important that you copy the macros just the way they are, do not add a “ ; ” where there isn’t. If you do that the macros will execute on the toon sending the command, and not the one you are sending it too.
