Notch and Mojang released Minecraft 1.0 today during Minecon! We're replacing the temp map!

Come help us test new server seeds!

Timeline:

Ok 1.9 comes out and this is how it should work.
  1. We test seeds to find one we like. (This means the one that are on can jump in and see).
  2. Import the new BBF town. (no one will be on for this because it will take a long time starting and stopping the server).
  3. Set up the mods that will still work. (some mods will not work and will take a week or so to fix).
  4. Set the map size to just out side of wall and set the spawn point. (I do not want members running out side of town until it is build and we have all the mods up and running).
  5. Town set, mods on, map set, server rebooted many times, we will open the server up for members and recruits.
  6. Members will be able to pick the plot they want 1st. Then Recruits can pick what one they want. Anyone that is not a member or recruit will NOT be able to join the server until we get all the mods update and the town built.
  7. Once the town it up and the mods are update the map will be reset to be bigger. This is when you can go out and make your claim for towns and just build on your own.
  8. The server will be open to guest. (This should be less than 2 weeks to get all of this done).

If you do not post on how this will work don't come into t/s and try to point out things. You will only have any input if you post because there is going to be a lot of thing going on when 1.9 comes out.
