Please welcome [BBF] f1shman as your new Regiment Commander (RC)! This is an important position in BBF, especially with the growth we've seen in 2011, and f1shman anxious to get started.

He is ready to take on the role of assisting his fellow leaders with all games. This includes assisting GC's and officers with any questions they have, promoting new games, and helping with some of the administrative tasks we all take for granted (like Roll Call).

I'm very excited to have him as part of the BBF leadership team and look forward to working with him. I've played WoW and Minecraft with [BBF] f1shman enough to know that his personality, advice, and leadership qualities will be appreciated by all.

- RC - Colonel Regiment Commander (All Game Sections)

This is an appointed position based on the individual's leadership skills

Roles:

• Administration Rank only - not a In Game Combat Rank
• Regiment representative to the Clan LeaderBoard
• Responsible for the Productivity of current and future games
• Can Promote up to the rank of Game Commander
• Forum Moderator

Duties:

• Hire and fire Game Commanders
• Communicate with Game Commanders to ensure they are promoting growth for their game
• Ensure Game Commanders are meeting the required activity goals
• Approve in game rules and policies proposed by the Game Commanders
• Encourage competition leagues or ladders
• Ensure Game Commanders follow BBF structure within in their games
• Ensure that the Game Commanders enforce the rules and policies of the clan Charter
• Work with Game Commanders to help solve problems within their ranks
• Collect and report Roll Call Promotions, Demotions, and Awards
• Issue warnings to Game Commander's who fail to submit their report on time, and report this to the HR manager
• Report any changes to the CEO that need to be made to the web site
• Look for new games to expand into
• Assist with Forum Moderation

Thank you for allowing me this wonderful opportunity to assist the clan. I am humbled and honored to be able to accept the Colonel Regiment Commander position. I hope to make a positive contribution to the clan during my tenure in this new roll by working closely with all BBF members to maintain and potentially improve upon our systems.

I look forward to stepping into this position immediately to tackle my new responsibilities. I hope to get a chance within the next week to take a few minutes to stop in and introduce myself to the current clan leaders and other members that I haven't had an opportunity to meet yet.

I anticipate this position will be a rewarding experience.
