Two Call of Duty games move to Just for Fun was created by [BBF]f1shman

I regretfully inform you that Baptized by Fire will be moving Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 to Just for Fun status. With the release of the title's successor, Modern Warfare 3, it is in the clan's best interest to move the focus of our support onto the most current game in the series. The clan salutes these two great titles as they make the transition out of the active roster for BBF.

I would like to personally thank the officer groups that stepped up and helped to ensure that the clan held a presence in these games. You are all hereby honorably discharged from your duties as officers for these titles. On behalf of the clan, thank you for your volunteered service.

Yes, thank you to those who led these games. MW2 had a great run, and Black Ops carried right on with both games having a decent player base. Even COD4 had players gaming and a server up until just recently.

[BBF]DakotaNut would have still been going I think if it weren't for the flooding, and I believe [BBF] Notorious tried to help it along as well before MW3 came out.

[BBF] Shiro and [BBF] Puma both were GC's of MW2, recruited many members, organized practices, and kept things fun.


JFF doesn't mean we can't still play the games, but focus is on MW3 currently. It's good to see members still having fun with the COD series.
