Internet/command problems was created by [BBF] Hyperkillers360

So about two months ago, i was messing around with my settings in the command prompt and i was trying to get a better ping so i could be more responsive. It required me to change my IP address manually and clear a few other things but now i just need to know how to change everything back to default. it's been frustrating me for a while now and i just need some help figuring out how to fix this issue.

Just google DNS flush/ DNS refresh. Should default your stuff? I think?
