Anyone have a Subaru Outback? I'm thinking about getting one as our Honda Accord is getting old and I also want something with a bit of cargo space.

I like how much room there is in the back of the outback, they are all wheel drive (might make it to work if it snows, unlike in my Honda), and I could tow a small fishing boat with one.

They get ok MPG and would work for a road trip or camping too.

well i cant say to much about the outback as ihave never owned one or had a family member that did, but i can tell you my middle brother (not DusterNut) had a 1985 Subaru Legacy hatchback (yes i know its old). my brother beat this car as much as he could let me give you some stories lol. one time we took his car 4 wheelling up the sides of mountains and treating the car like it was make for dirt track racing. during the winter we use to tie one of those turtle sandbox lids to the bumper of the car and pull it down the road t go sleigh riding. my brother also like to take out snow banks with the front end, and surprisingly never broke anything on it.

so if i had the ability to get a subaru i would, and yes the MPG and cargo space is pretty good for the cars. they are a durable car not some cheap flimsy pos like some other companys make.

but yea Paco i would get a subaru over a Honda, and its not jsut because i dont care to much for Honda's, its the versatility that the Subaru has and is capable of, that a Honda cant do. Honda may have better MPG then a Subaru, but a Honda cant out perform a Subaru in my opinion

A buddy of mine has one and loves it. He uses it for all kinds of outdoor stuff.

I havent heard anything bad about them
