1. you need a bigger Power Supply 250w will get you no where
- you want to have Power Supply minimum of 500W. 600W

2. You have to know how much room you have physically in the case.
- HP they use mini Towers, so you can probably put GTX 460 or 560 (Ref Design)

i think im going to go with the EVGA Geforce gtx 460. it has very good reviews and is just slightly better then that Gigabyte one. As for power supply im going with a 650w for around $75, now just to choose the brand. Thanks for the help guys.

i would go with Corsair TX seriers.
they are solid and enough Amperage and Watts to run pretty much any middle class GPUs without any problems.

Try not to buy cheap power supplies
they could actually damage many parts and cause many problems.
spend extra $30 and forget about problems.

corsair, seasonic, antec, coolermaster, and so on are pretty much good to go.
